#2. Don’t SKIP on the VITAMIN C


One of the best-kept secrets to great skin is that it can start from the inside out. Adding some key elements to your diet can be a real game-changer when it comes to your skin. Vitamin C packed fruits and veggies such as sweet potatoes, bell peppers, kale, oranges, strawberries, and broccoli can actually help diminish wrinkles, according to Women’s Health Magazine.  This is because vitamin C boosts collagen production in the body. A study in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that volunteers who consumed a small daily serving of Vitamin C over three years decreased the appearance of wrinkles by 11 percent. That’s enough to get me on board!
