Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A request for return must be received by Built For Man within 10 days of delivery, which must specify whether you require an exchange of refund. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return. Refund Policy Refunds will only be carried out on goods returned within the remit of our return policy. Any refunds will only be made onto the credit or debit card used for the initial purchase. There will be no cash or check refunds. Unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable. Delivery Time Frame All orders will be processed for shipping within 5 working days of order placement. We utilize USPS for shipping and will mail you when your items are shipped. We would expect your goods to reach you within 5-7 working days of shipping. Cancellation We may be able to cancel an order if it has not been processed. If this is the case we will do the utmost to cancel your order but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to cancel your order, please return it inline with our returns policy and we will of course refund the cost of the goods according to our refund policy.
